**Job Purpose and Impact**



**Fleet Maintenance Supervisor** is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the workshop, ensuring that all maintenance and repair activities are carried out efficiently, safely, and in accordance with company standards. This role plays a key part in maintaining equipment reliability and supporting the overall continuity of operations.



**Key Accountabilities**



+ Ensure that maintenance activities are carried out according to the established schedules for light vehicles, heavy equipment, and generators.

+ Perform General and Top Overhaul tasks independently or in collaboration with the team, covering light vehicles, heavy equipment, and generators.

+ Accurately analyze technical issues and prepare the required materials and spare parts needed for repairs.
