Mission as will be maximize customer fleet performance and lifecycle value by leveraging data, service solutions, and digital tools to drive uptime, productivity, and sustainable growth in Parts & Services.

Key responsibilities
Monitor and analyze fleet performance, utilization, and uptime.

Identify opportunities to reduce cost of ownership and improve equipment reliability.

Provide data-driven insights and service recommendations to customers.

Support growth in Parts & Services and digital solutions.

Implement fleet management and monitoring tools.

Support equipment installation, commissioning, and technical training.

Ensure accurate service reporting, documentation, and compliance with safety standards.

Identify upselling opportunities in parts and services.

Collaborate with Sales, SCX, and Service teams to support service agreements.
