Fleet Manager Car Rental Cancun Bilingual

**Key Responsibilities**:- Manage and supervise the fleet of vehicles (maintenance, availability, condition, inspections).
- Coordinate with the operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth daily execution.
- Track vehicle usage and performance through CRM and Excel tools.
- Ensure all vehicles comply with local regulations and insurance requirements.
- Handle scheduling for service, repairs, and logistics.
**Requirements**:- **Minimum 5 years of experience** in fleet or operations management (preferably in the car rental industry).
- Proficiency in **CRM systems** and **Excel**.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Responsible, proactive, and solution-oriented.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to **Cancun**.
- Fluent in **English and Spanish**.
