POSITION TITLE: Fleet Manager
DEPARTMENT: Fleet
REPORTS TO: VP of Customer Experience
FLSA STATUE: Full-Time, Exempt, Benefited
Position Summary:
The Fleet Manager will lead all aspects of fleet operations for a multi-state internet service provider. This role is responsible for strategic planning, reporting, compliance, cost optimization, and operational excellence across a diverse fleet that includes light-duty vehicles for home installations and heavy equipment for ariel and underground construction.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: The Fleet Manager is a full-time (40 hours per week), exempt position.
Travel: Travel may be expected for this position. Valid CA Driver's License and clean DMV a must.
Supervisory Responsibilities: The Fleet Manager will oversee the Fleet Coordinators.
Compensation Range: $100k-$115k annually plus Benefits
