Fleet Manager

Position: Fleet Manager Location: Singapore Department: Operations Reports to: Managing Director, Singapore Position Summary
The Fleet Manager manages front line operations conducted within their assigned fleet to ensure all Vessels are operated in line with company core values, operational excellence, environmental, and cost-effective performance. The Fleet Manager is supported in their role by Marine & Technical Services, HSE, Financial Analysts, Marine Assurance, and Marine HR teams. The Fleet Manager has full responsibility and accountability for their designated fleet of vessels including ensuring the success of the operations and the people on board. The measure of success will include achieving Fleet KPIs, meeting expectations, and ensuring that Seapeak is a leading independent LNG operator by upholding the company brand and ethos.
