Fleet Mechanic

GEMCAP Trucking Inc. is seeking an experienced and dependable Fleet Mechanic to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining our fleet of commercial trucks and trailers to ensure safe and efficient operations.

We are looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to minimizing downtime while maintaining high safety and performance standards.

Schedule and Shift: This is a full time permanent position, shifts Monday - Friday from 8am-5pm, occasionally Saturday. Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays.

Position Responsibilities:

• Maintain and repair fleet equipment and perform preventative maintenance.
• Diagnose vehicle failures and disassemble, repair and reassemble parts as necessary.
