Out Of Service (OS) Vehicle Management

• Monitor vehicle status at workshop for service or repair job as per Work Order in a timely manner. 
• Monitor and schedule vehicles due for Puspakom inspection in a timely manner.
• Within the branch's vicinity, suggest to the management potential new body and paint workshops, and participate in negotiations for contract terms, including credit terms and price negotiations.
• Monitor and manage repair job expenses, parts replacement, and services within the approved annual budget. Report any unbudgeted costs to the Fleet department for further attention
• Perform an audit and assessment of the current performance of panel workshops and offer recommendations to the management.
• Open and Close Work Orders for tasks such as parts replacement, maintenance, service, and repair, including the payment processing.
