Job Description:

The Fleet Officer is responsible for the overall management, monitoring, and maintenance of company vehicles to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective operations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage daily fleet operations and vehicle assignments
• Monitor preventive maintenance schedules and repairs
• Track fuel usage, mileage, and operating costs
• Maintain complete and accurate fleet records and reports
• Ensure all vehicle registrations, insurance, and permits are updated
• Coordinate with drivers and service providers
• Implement company fleet policies and safety standards
