SALARY RANGE : Total Annual Package (CTC) – R598,369.00
LOCATION : ICASA (Head Office – Centurion)
POSITION STATUS : 3 (Three) Years Fixed Term Contract Purpose of the job
To ensure effective and efficient administration of ICASA’s fleet and assets allocated to Corporate Services: Facilities co-ordination of multi-function printing services in line with ICASA’s official business; and to ensure strict compliance with the agreed service standards, prescribed policies and procedures.
Key Outputs The successful candidate will report to the Manager: Facilities and Fleet Management, and their responsibilities will include:
Fleet management
Enforcing compliance with approved policies, procedure manuals, any other approved regulations, legislation and requirements, and report any violations
Reviewing and reconciling monthly expenditure, and producing monthly journals with accurate cost centre and supporting documents
