Summary of Position

The Fleet Operations Agent I supports the daily operations of the Fleet Operations team while contributing to the design and maintenance of scalable solutions that improve how the team delivers customer service. Under the general direction of the Fleet Operations Manager, the Agent handles a mix of customer-facing support, structured data work, and direct contribution to automation initiatives, including operational tooling, scheduled jobs, and internal reporting.
