Role Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and experienced Fleet Operations and Appointment Scheduler to help coordinate and streamline our trucking fleet operations. In this role, you will manage terminal appointments, oversee dispatch activities, and assist with fleet coordination to ensure smooth operations at California ports and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate container pickup and delivery appointments at major California ports
• Oversee daily dispatch operations, ensuring drivers are well-informed on schedules
• Use GPS tracking software (Samsara) to monitor fleet location and ensure timely deliveries
• Work closely with port terminals, shipping lines, and warehouses to confirm appointments
• Track and resolve any delays or scheduling conflicts to keep operations on track
