Fleet Operations Leadership Role

Enhance fleet operations as a Fleet Operations Supervisor. Oversee transportation services, ensure compliance, and drive employee performance initiatives while managing day-to-day logistics challenges.
In this pivotal position, you will ensure the efficiency of on-demand transit services through oversight of daily operations and compliance adherence. Engaging with your team will be key, as you provide guidance and training. Your role will also include management of vehicle maintenance and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct day-to-day management of transportation services
• Support driver training and performance monitoring
• Ensure maintenance of fleet cleanliness and operations
• Handle payroll and monitor operational KPIs
• Coordinate with support teams for health and safety
Requirements:
• Valid G Ontario Driver's License with clean record
• 2+ years of experience in transportation
