Fleet Operations Supervisor (12 Months Contract)

Overview

Our client is a Government link company in the FMCG industry. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Fleet Operations Supervisor to be part of their Warehouse team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the West.

Responsibilities

• Plan and optimize efficient B2B delivery routes using transportation management systems.
• Oversee daily delivery operations to ensure timely, accurate service and resolve any issues.
• Manage and support drivers on routes, procedures, documentation, and safety protocols.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and vehicle maintenance standards.
• Monitor KPIs to improve delivery performance, route efficiency, and overall operations
