Fleet Performance

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend fleet lifespan.
• Monitor fleet performance metrics (fuel efficiency, vehicle uptime, repair costs, etc.) and prepare regular reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams, drivers, and external service providers for timely maintenance and repairs.
• Manage maintenance budgets, track expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, service history, and compliance documents.
• Ensure all fleet operations adhere to safety and regulatory standards.
• Recommend improvements based on performance data and industry best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, Logistics, or related field (preferred).
