Fleet Safety Specialist

**Job Purpose and Impact**

Fleet Safety Senior Specialist will led the implementation of site fleet safety strategies to achieve business objectives; supported operational units to ensure legal compliance and provided safety education to contractor teams.In this roles, you will identified improvement needed through incident trend analysis and audit outcomes to define site‑specific tactics and strategies. In this role, you will work with EHS Subcluster lead, EHS site Specialist, Operations, stakeholders and contractors to achieve Cargill’s goal of ZERO harm.

**Key Accountabilities**

+ Develop strategies in preventing injuries/ill-health associated with operate MPE and Vehicle for company business with the scope of Workshop, Fleet Management and Road Management Estate, Mill and Logistics
