Fleet Services Coordinator

Brief Description:
The Fleet Services Coordinator is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the company's fleet, ensuring efficient vehicle maintenance, monitoring fuel consumption, and maintaining all fleet-related documentation. The coordinator will track repair and maintenance costs, create job orders, and ensure timely reporting to management. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee vehicle repairs, maintenance, and ensure timely liquidation of R&M expenses.
• Maintain and update all fleet-related documents (soft copy), including monitoring renewals for licenses and insurance.
• Report vehicle status, repair concerns, and availability during daily huddles with management.
• Track fuel consumption, odometer readings, and preventive maintenance schedules to optimize fleet performance.
