Job Objective

Manufacturing GS Specialist oversees and coordinates the movement of personnel, equipment, and supplies, ensuring that all logistical and transportation operations run smoothly and in compliance with safety standards and legal requirements.

Key responsibility

Transportation Planning & Coordination

• Schedule and manage the movement of personnel and cargo between different locations.
• Ensure optimal route planning to reduce transit time and costs.
• Receive and document reports of disputes or conflicts related to transportation services, escalating them to HR and the Manufacturing General Services Manager for resolution.
• Oversee daily bus seating and capacity management, gather feedback from users, and provide regular reports on seating arrangements and capacity utilization.
