Fleet Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Fleet Specialist to manage and support the daily operations of our company's vehicle fleet. This role ensures that all vehicles are in optimal condition, properly documented, and compliant with company policies and government regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage the company's fleet operations, including vehicle assignment, scheduling, and availability.
• Coordinate regular maintenance, repairs, and inspections to ensure all vehicles remain safe and roadworthy.
• Track and update vehicle documents such as registration, insurance, and LTO compliance.
• Maintain accurate records of fuel consumption, mileage, service history, and vehicle expenses.
• Conduct regular audits of fleet condition and ensure adherence to company standards.
