FLEET SUPERVISOR

The Fleet Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day operations of our vehicle fleet in Kingston and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan develop, and manage daily, weekly, and schedules to ensure optimal coverage for shifts and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate vehicle & mechanical well being to minimize downtime and take care of the fleet.
• Maintain accurate scheduling records, logs, and compliance reports as required by Kingston Area Taxi Commission & City of Kingston by-laws.
• Supervise, assign, and evaluate a team of drivers, providing guidance, training.
• Oversee preventive maintenance programs for all company vehicles, including accessible vans, and regular vehicles as fleet assets.
• Schedule and coordinate vehicle inspections, licensing renewals, and mandatory safety certifications in accordance with Ontario's Highway Traffic Act and applicable federal regulations.
