Fleet Support Engineer R&D

Our Client, an AV Manufacturing company, is looking for a Fleet Support Engineer R&D for their Foster City, CA location. Responsibilities:


+ Serve as the primary point of contact for real-time escalations for R&D fleet issues.

+ Conduct in-depth root cause analysis through comprehensive log review to identify and resolve R&D fleet issues.

+ Develop, update, and maintain a comprehensive troubleshooting guide for technicians, incorporating newly diagnosed faults and their resolutions.

+ Perform hardware bring-up and validation procedures for new vehicle components.

+ Design and implement diagnostic procedures to streamline future troubleshooting processes.

+ Historical review of vehicle/fleet data identifying trends and issues.

+ Collaborate with engineering design teams to enhance tooling and improve issue detection capabilities.
