Our Client, an AV Manufacturing company, is looking for a Fleet Support Specialist for their Las Vegas, NV location. Responsibilities:


+ Repair Scheduling: Collaborate with the scheduling team to secure repair slots and optimize vehicle repair time.

+ Fleet Monitoring: Review open vehicle issues and generate action plans, ensuring constant monitoring and updates on fleet health.

+ Data Management: Maintain accurate historical data and record-keeping for vehicle health and repairs.

+ Technical Documentation: Assist in the creation and development of technical documentation and processes.

+ Reporting: Support the creation of daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting on fleet performance and maintenance.

+ Repair Feedback: Close the loop on repair feedback to drive improvements in product design and operations.
