Achieve growth and hit sales targets defined by upper management.
Interact with peers and other company’s areas, from a local and global standpoint, to ensure company’s best practices related to ethics and compliance, revenue and profitability growth strategies, execution.
Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence in the region.
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
Present sales, revenue, expenses and other reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
Represent the company among regional industry associations and other stakeholders.
