Job Description
The Fleet Administrator for Vehicle Management is responsible for overseeing the maintenance, compliance, and overall organization of the operation fleet. This role ensures vehicles are properly maintained, all necessary documentation is up to date, and drivers receive support for operational needs. The Fleet Administrator plays a critical role in optimizing fleet efficiency while ensuring regulatory compliance and cost-effectiveness.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Mechanical Engineer or any related field.
At least 2-3 years of experience in fleet or vehicle management.
Strong knowledge of LTO regulations, insurance processes, and transport compliance.
Experience with GPS tracking and fleet monitoring systems is a plus.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Good interpersonal skills
