**Job Title:** Flex/Float Security Supervisor
**Pay Rate:** $23.00 per hour
**Location:** Connecticut (Travel required – including but not limited to Hamden, Groton, Waterbury, Cheshire)

**Position Summary**

The Flex/Float Security Supervisor provides leadership, direction, and support across various client locations. This role requires a highly flexible individual who can step into different environments, ensure continuity of service, and uphold Securitas standards of excellence.

**Responsibilities**

+ Provide supervisory coverage at multiple client sites as needed
+ Lead, coach, and support Security Officers to ensure high performance and professionalism
+ Enforce post orders, site policies, and company procedures
+ Respond to incidents, emergencies, and client concerns in a timely and effective manner
