Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct pre-flight safety checks and prepare the aircraft cabin.
- Welcome passengers, assist with seating, and provide safety demonstrations.
- Ensure compliance with aviation safety regulations and company policies.
- Serve food, beverages, and provide onboard customer support.
- Monitor passenger well-being and manage special requests or concerns.
- Handle emergency situations, administer first aid if required, and coordinate with the flight crew.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cabin.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage challenging situations.
- Teamwork, adaptability, and cultural awareness.
- Physical fitness and ability to stand for long periods.
