Flight Attendant

Job Summary

Reporting to the Director or Manager, Inflight Services, the incumbent is responsible for ensuring the safety and well‑being of Porter passengers while upholding the Flying Refined brand promise. The base of assignment and fleet type (Toronto Pearson YYZ or Toronto Billy Bishop YTZ) will be determined by the company based on operational requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety of all passengers.
• Provide effortless, friendly and attentive service to ensure passenger comfort.
• Adhere to the standard operating procedures from training, in accordance with Transport Canada and Porter policies.
• Perform the physical duties of a flight attendant, such as lifting weights up to 50 lb, standing for long periods, and assisting passengers in emergencies.
