The purpose of the Flight Auditor is to validate the correct flight building per customer's specifications.
ResponsibilitiesResponsible for supervising and checking all flight production requirements are fulfilled per specifications.
Ensure correct number of meals/beverages/kits/provisioned equipment for each flight are ready, packed and assigned correctly according to all customer specifications & provisioning.
Check aircraft modules and meals to ensure all are adhering to Newrest high quality standards
Assist in operational production when necessary to help them complete flights on time, helping by providing efficient & diligent last-minute help (setting up trays, preparing and packaging food, put the final touch to meet on-time delivery)
Conduct physical counts and pack additional equipment or products as needed.
