Flight Booking Online Assistant

We are looking for a Flight Booking Online Assistant to handle flight reservation tasks through online systems. This is a pure non-voice role—no phone calls involved. The position is ideal for freshers or candidates with no prior experience, as full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with flight bookings, modifications, and cancellations via chat/email systems
• Enter and update passenger and booking details accurately
• Check flight availability, fares, and schedules using online tools
