Job Summary

As a Level II HR Business Partner, you’ll play a critical role supporting leaders and employees across Flight Centre Canada. This hands‑on, high‑impact role requires an experienced HR professional who thrives in employee relations and complex people matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day HR operational support across Canada, responding to employee and leader inquiries and proactively resolving people issues.
• Manage a high‑volume employee relations caseload from intake to resolution, ensuring clear SLAs, thorough documentation, and follow‑up.
• Conduct impartial workplace investigations, including planning, interviews, fact‑finding, analysis, and reporting.
