The Flight Crew Dispatcher serves as the primary point of contact between GSHs Operations Department and aircrews stationed at remote locations, including sub-bases, mine sites, and client camps. Based at GSH OCC hub, this role is responsible for coordinating and scheduling flight crews, ensuring efficient crew deployment and compliance with company and client standards. Key duties include managing crew rosters, arranging travel logistics, and maintaining open communication with clients, flight crews, operations and maintenance personnel.
