Job Description & Requirements

The Flight Operations supports the daily execution of flight operations and ensures all flights are conducted safely, efficiently, and in compliance with regulatory and company requirements. This role works closely with flight crew, ground handlers, service providers, and regulatory authorities to facilitate smooth operational flow from pre-flight preparation to post-flight completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle the daily activities of the Flight Operations department.
• Provide operational and administrative support to flight crews and all relevant operators.
• Perform aircraft scheduling, trip and route planning, and ground handling coordination.
• Proactive checks on clients' flight updates to ensure satisfactory, smooth and seamless travel.
• Manage all pre-flight and post-flight aircraft activities on the tarmac, when required.
