YOUR ROLE AS A:

Flight Operations Assistant

As a key member of AirAsia's Operations Control Center (OCC), you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe, smooth, and efficient movement of all AirAsia flights. You'll work closely with Flight Dispatchers, Duty Managers, Ramp teams, ATC, and other airport authorities to help coordinate ground and air operations and support real-time decision-making for our daily flight activities.

This role is essential in keeping our airline running safely and efficiently—from monitoring aircraft movement to coordinating with critical airport agencies and ensuring all flights operate according to plan.
