Crew Training Manager

Key responsibilities include ensuring that flight and cabin crew training is carried out safely, efficiently and in compliance with regulatory requirements.

• The post holder will be responsible for implementing policies related to training to meet these objectives.
• Oversight of instructor qualifications to ensure they are suitably qualified and experienced will also be a key aspect of this role.
