The Basic Wings Course (BWC) is the RSAF's foundational pilot training program. It develops core flying skills, airmanship, and aviation knowledge, preparing trainees for advanced training and operational conversion on RSAF aircraft. The program combines ground academics and practical flying, covering navigation, formation flying, instrument flying, and emergency procedures. Graduates of the BWC will embark on Advanced Wings Course for type specific training before being awarded the coveted RSAF wings.

We are seeking a Flight Scheduler to plan and manage scheduling requirements for the BWC, Flying Instructor Course (FIC), and Competency to Instruct (C-I) syllabi. This role ensures optimal use of aircraft and resources while maintaining safety, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency.
