Job Summary

The Flight Reservation & Ticketing Consultant is responsible for handling airline reservations, issuing tickets, and providing accurate travel information to clients. This role ensures efficient booking processes, compliance with airline regulations, and high-quality customer service within the travel agency.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle flight reservations, bookings, cancellations, and changes
• Issue domestic and international air tickets accurately and on time
• Use Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo or other flight reservation & ticketing system provided by the company
• Advise clients on flight options, fares, schedules, and airline policies
• Reissue and refund tickets according to airline rules and agency procedures
• Ensure compliance with airline, IATA, and agency regulations
