Job Purpose
We are seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Flight Specialist to join our team. As a Flight Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to our passengers, ensuring their travel arrangements are seamless and efficient.
What will be your key responsibilities?
Ticket Sales and Reservations: Assist passengers with booking flights, selecting seats, and managing their travel itineraries. Process ticket purchases, payments, and refunds. Manage reservation changes, cancellations, and upgrades.
Queue Management: Manage and prioritize customer requests within a queue system. Respond to inquiries and requests in a timely and efficient manner. Ensure all customer requests are addressed and resolved promptly.
