Job Description

                    To develop the Flight Training Device (FTD) training syllabi for Aviation Exploration Programme (AEP), Private Pilot Licence (PPL) and other flying programmes in coordination with the Deputy Operations Manager/Chief Flying Instructor and to review the syllabi periodically.   
To coordinate with the Scheduling Team for scheduling of FTD sessions.   
To instruct students and pilots according to lesson plans and to fulfil the SYFC annual tasked FTD requirements.   
To conduct thorough briefings and debriefings.   
To oversee the proper maintenance of the FTD with appointed contractors, by ensuring that the maintenance contracts taken up with the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and the maintenance contractor are fulfilled and complied with.   
To prepare the annual budget requirement for FTD-related expenditures.   
To ensure proper inventory for the FTD and any related spares or equipment.
