Flight Training Operations Assistant

Job Description:

As Flight Training Operations Assistant, you will be assisting in administrative tasks that support the flight crew training courses and encompassing operations performed by Airbus Asia Training Centre (AATC). You will ensure that trainee folders for AATC customers are prepared and archived in accordance with regulatory requirements, and participate in various ongoing business operations projects that will chart AATC's path for future growth and expansion.

Your main responsibilities are to:

• Assist Flight Training Operations Managers (FTOMs) with the preparation of grade sheets, course materials and other relevant training paperwork for Training department.
• Assist FTOMs in performing trainee registration using Company tools and in accordance with Company procedures.
