Float Operator

We are currently seeking an experienced Float Operator to join a leading asphalt team working across Perth and wider WA. This is a great opportunity for a reliable operator looking for consistent hours, strong weekly earnings, and long-term work potential.

The Role

Operating floats to transport asphalt and civil equipment to and from site

Working across metro and regional WA projects

Supporting asphalt crews with plant mobilisation and demobilisation

Ensuring safe loading, unloading, and transport procedures

Completing pre-starts and maintaining equipment to high safety standards

What’s On Offer

$40–$41 per hour + penalties

$2,800–$3,000 per week (depending on hours worked)

Ongoing work with reputable asphalt contractor

Perth-based role with regional project opportunities
