Floater | Downtown | 5 Days | Up To $2.1K - 4461

Salary: $1,800 - $2,100

Working Hours: 5 days, 8am - 6pm

Working Location: Downtown

• Providing coverage to respective sites based on weekly schedule
• Arrangement and coordination of incoming and outgoing item (include couriers and mails)
• Performing routine mail rounds daily
• Perform outdoor messenger and other functions when required
• Use of franking machines
• Dealing with enquiries from the client, both face-to-face and on the telephone
• Filing and retrieving documents, within an established filing system
• Escorting of service and vendor management within the office premises
• Processing of courier invoices for payment handling
• Handling of office and pantry supplies where required
• Any other duties commensurate with the above list
• Undertake manual handling duties
