As a Floating Support Worker, you will support teams across Sefton and Liverpool with rota cover for annual leave and sickness. The rota is flexible to cover sites and will be created 4 weeks in advance. For this role you must able to work across multiple services with a range of different diagnosis and be a team player. You will help to promote the health and wellbeing of those you support. This will include making sure people access the health services they need; have as healthy a diet as possible; and live in a home environment that supports their wellbeing. It is an interesting and rewarding role, where no two days are ever the same. This service needs people committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred support.
