Floor & Bistro Staff

What is the role?  

As a front of house team member, you are the face of our venue so your ability to make people feel welcome and make them smile is paramount to your success. 

Your main responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Greeting and seating customers 

• Cleaning, clearing and resetting tables 

• Taking orders and making payments 

• Managing customer requests

• Making coffees

What is needed to be successful in this role? 

• Barista experience preferred

• A great attitude & willingness to learn

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work well within a team as well as autonomously when required  

• Ability to work a flexible roster 

• Ability to work in a diverse team in a busy environment
