Job Description & Requirements
Firebird – Yakitori Omakase at Duxton Hill

Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly welcome guests, manage reservations check-in, and escort them to assigned counter or table seats

• Lead floor service to ensure smooth service flow and timely, accurate order submission

• Deliver attentive, personalised omakase-style service in line with Firebird’s hospitality standards

• Provide confident menu guidance and recommendations with strong product knowledge of yakitori cuts, ingredients, and omakase progression

• Assist at the beverage station when required, preparing highballs, cocktails, and sake service according to house standards

• Coordinate closely with the yakitori chefs to pace courses and ensure seamless guest experience at the counter
