Floor Manager

Job Description:

Our client is a prominent private company that owns a number of established outlets in the Western Cape. They are expanding and have a need for enthusiastic people to support this growth, which includes a Floor Manager position.

It is the responsibility of the Floor Manager is to create and maintain a fully functioning, profitable Floor Department (including groceries, perishables, cooldrinks and back up areas). 

Promote excellent customer service and full management of all Floor staff members (including groceries, perishable, cooldrinks and back up areas)

Responsibilities:

• Stock management
• Cold chain management
• Signage and pricing
• Adherence to Group merchandising standards
• Promotions
• Customer experience
• Meeting departmental targets.
• Hygiene and housekeeping.
• Staff management
• Administration
