Role Overview

We are hiring a Floor Steward / Dishwasher to support daily operations in a high-volume café. This role is essential to keeping the café clean, organised, and running smoothly. The right candidate understands that cleanliness, speed, and consistency are non-negotiable.

This is a hands-on role and requires someone reliable, disciplined, and able to work efficiently under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitise dishes, glassware, utensils, and equipment
• Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing and stewarding area at all times
• Assist with floor cleanliness, including sweeping and mopping as required
• Ensure proper waste segregation and disposal
• Support FOH and BOH teams during peak service when needed
• Follow hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards strictly
