**UW Facilities Maintenance & Construction has an outstanding opportunity for a temporary Floorlayer. This position is expected to be 6 months.**

**Work Schedule**

+ Full time, Monday through Friday, 6:55 a.m. to 3:25 p.m.
+ This position is based at the Plant Services Building on the Seattle campus and is not eligible for telework.

**About this opportunity**

Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor 2, the Floorlayer performs journey-level flooring installation, repair, and maintenance work across a wide range of University facilities. This position supports the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of campus buildings by preparing surfaces and installing, repairing, and replacing carpet, tile, linoleum, vinyl, rubber base, and other flooring materials.
