Florist Supervisor 花艺主管

The Florist Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily florist operations, managing floral displays and arrangements, supervising the florist team, and ensuring smooth coordination for retail, dining ambience, celebrations, and special events.

花艺主管将负责管理日常花艺运营、花艺摆设与制作、监督花艺团队，并确保零售花束、餐厅氛围布置、生日庆祝及特别活动等执行顺畅。

• Prepare and oversee daily fresh flower arrangements and floral displays
  负责每日鲜花制作及花艺陈列
• Ensure all floral products meet brand presentation and quality standards
  确保所有花艺作品符合品牌视觉及品质标准
• Manage flower conditioning, storage, maintenance, and freshness control
  管理鲜花养护、储存及保鲜工作
• Handle bouquet wrapping and customised floral requests
  负责花束包装及客制化花艺需求
• Support festive decorations and seasonal floral setups
  协助节庆及季节性花艺布置
