Preferred Qualifications:
• Strong experience with pre-charting for specialty or surgical providers, including review of outside records (operative reports, imaging, pathology, consult notes) and ensuring charts are complete and organized prior to clinic.

• Demonstrated ability to coordinate and obtain records from outside facilities, identify missing critical documentation, and proactively prepare concise chart summaries to support efficient provider decision-making.

• Ability to function in a flexible, team-based role, interchanging between dedicated provider flow support and assisting in other clinic operational areas as needed to maintain overall clinic efficiency.
