Job Overview

A growing metal recycling business is seeking an experienced Forklift Driver / Banksman to join its busy Birmingham site.

This dual-role position is ideal for someone with experience working in a fast-paced scrap metal or recycling yard. The successful candidate will support day-to-day operations through safe forklift operation, vehicle marshalling, and handling of ferrous and non-ferrous metals. You will play a key role in maintaining smooth traffic flow, safe lifting operations, and efficient yard management.
