We are seeking Multi-skilled Production Operatives for a busy metal processing plant in Tamworth. This would be an excellent opportunity to join a leading recycling business with a presence in four continents. As such, they are keen to make a long-term investment into new staff members who are looking to secure a career in the metallics industry.

Responsibilities

• Operating machinery (such as plasma cutters and bandsaws) to break down automotive components
• Strip parts down with use of hand tools
• Sorting parts into separate categories by hand
• Use of Forklift truck to move the granulated products around the shop floor
• Working in a sampler station to help identify the concentration of precious metals in each component (e.g. platinum/radium)
